Manejador Base de Datos: Execute common SQL queries using PDO

This class can execute common SQL queries using PDO.

It can connect to a given database using PDO and execute SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE queries from parameters that define the tables, fields, values and conditions.

The class can also get the structure of the database schema. Currently it only supports PostgreSQL for this feature.
